1) Watch the video and write down the questions to ask the receptionist when booking a hotel room.
2) Watch the video and write down the scripts of the dialogues. Practise the dialogues with your partner.
3) Imagine you are booking a hotel room for a company in which you would like to work in the future (find a real company on the Internet). Write a dialogue with a hotel receptionist using the cliches from all the dialogues above.
